e) Proof / Documents of legal registration of the Overseas NGO outside the

g) Proof of good standing and active operation of the Overseas NGO outside the
h) Valid identity and resume of Chief Representative of the representative office of the Overseas NGO;
i) Certificate / Statement of Clean Criminal Record of Chief Representative of Representative Offices of Overseas Non-governmental Organizations ;
j) Proof of location of the representative office of the Overseas NGO;
k) Proof of source of supporting funds of the representative office of the Overseas NGO;
l) Letter of approval of the organizations in charge of operations.
