In case of change of the name, Chief Representative, locations of office, business scope, locations of activity, organizations in charge of operations of the Overseas NGOs, the Overseas NGOs shall, within 30 days upon the approval of the organizations in charge of operations, apply for change of registration to the registration administration department which will issue timely approval to the Overseas NGOs that meets the requirements.
