The representative office of the overseas NGOs shall apply to the registration administration department for deregistration in one of the following scenarios and make a public announcement:

1. the closure of the representative office of the overseas NGOs;

2. the termination of the overseas NGOs;

3. the lawful deregistration or suspension of certificate of the representative office of the overseas NGOs;

4. the termination for reasons other than the above.
