a) Filing (of Records) for Temporary Activities of Overseas Non-governmental Organizations;

b) Proof / Documents of legal registration of the overseas NGO;

c) Written agreements between the overseas NGOs and its Chinese partners;

d) Proof of project funds and source of supporting funds of the temporary activity, the banking accounts of its Chinese partners;

e) Documents of approval procured by the Chinese partners.

All the documents concerning the overseas NGOs submitted above shall be notarized and authenticated.
