Shanghai Hongqiao International Economic Organization Cluster officially unveiled

    The "International Economic Organization Cluster" of Hongqiao was officially unveiled at the 2023 Hongqiao International Central Business District Investment Promotion Conference hosted by the Shanghai Hongqiao International Central Business District Management Committee .
    According to the overall strategic planning and deployment requirements of the Central Party Committee and the State Council for the development of Shanghai, the Shanghai Hongqiao International Central Business District carries multiple national strategies. The Hongqiao Business district has closely adhered to internationalization and launched a series of measures, continuously improved its ability to serve the Yangtze River Delta since the beginning of this year. In order to strengthen the cluster of international economic organizations, the Hongqiao District actively promotes cooperation and registration of international economic organizations, attracting a large number of international trade and investment institutions to settle in Hongqiao, and keeps building a global trade and investment service network. The official unveiling of the Shanghai Hongqiao International Economic Organization Cluster will attract more international economic organizations to settle in.
    Shanghai Public Security Bureau Administrative Office of Overseas NGOs actively cooperates with the Shanghai Hongqiao International Central Business District to recommend international economic non governmental organizations. It offers convenience for the registration of representative offices for 25 overseas non governmental organizations, including the Singapore Chinese Chamber of Commerce&Industry, Institut Franco Chinois pour le Innovation Technologique et des Entreprise. At the unveiling ceremony, the Chief Representative of the Shanghai Representative Office of Union de exportadores de Uruguay, as a representative of overseas non governmental organizations, gave a speech to express the willingness to settle in Hongqiao and work together with all parties to promote economic globalization and promote common prosperity in economy and trade.
